How are AI minutes counted?
Talk time with your receptionist. Included each month: Growth 150, Pro 400, AI Receptionist 200, AI Receptionist Plus 500. Usage beyond your plan is billed in $25 blocks to your card, at 2.5¢ per minute, 2¢ per text and 35¢ per AI minute. You set the monthly limit.
How does the free trial work, and when am I charged?
3 days free with a card on file, long enough to hear it answer on our demo line. Your number is set up when your plan starts. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing; otherwise the plan price is charged on day 4, then monthly.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from Billing. Changes apply immediately and are prorated; cancelling ends your subscription at the end of the paid month.
I signed up before September 19, 2026. Does my price change?
Your price, allowances and rates stay locked for 12 months, until September 19, 2027.
