Cookie Policy
Effective date: April 1, 2026. Last updated: September 19, 2026.
This Cookie Policy explains how Telzee, operated by Resultris LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website (telzee.app) and application (app.telzee.app).
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember your preferences and improve your experience. Similar technologies include browser local storage, which we use the same way.
Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies (application)
These are necessary for the application to function and cannot be disabled. They include:
- Authentication cookies: To keep you signed in and secure your session, including your two-factor authentication state
- Active business cookie: To remember which business you are working in when you belong to more than one
- Security cookies: To prevent cross-site request forgery and other security threats
Preference Storage (website and application)
Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It is never sent to us.
Analytics (website)
The marketing website uses Vercel Analytics to count page views and understand which pages visitors read. It is privacy-focused: it does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and records aggregated data that does not identify individual visitors. We do not use any other analytics or advertising trackers on the website.
Third-Party Cookies
Some third-party services we use may set their own cookies when you interact with them:
- Stripe: For payment processing and fraud prevention during checkout and in the billing portal
- Supabase: For authentication in the application
Managing Cookies
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically:
- View what cookies are stored on your device
- Delete some or all cookies
- Block cookies from specific sites
- Block all cookies (note: this will prevent you from signing in to the application)
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
